THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE ATONG- ANG CORPORATION

HEREBY RESOLVED:

WHEREAS, the Board of Directors are given the power by the Articles of Incorporation
of the Atong Ang Corporation;
WHEREAS, the corporation entered a contract to build Two Storey Building with Mrs.
Marjorie Barretto;
WHEREAS, Due to the fact that the lot where the construction be continued is under the
pending case of expropriation.
HENCE, THE BOARD RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
Let the case be first settled by the Court regarding the case initiated by the City of
Baguio for the expropriation proceedings before we continue the construction of the
building.

THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE ATONG- ANG CORPORATION

HEREBY RESOLVED:

WHEREAS, the Board of Directors are given the power by the Articles of Incorporation
of the Atong Ang Corporation;
WHEREAS, the corporation entered a contract to build Two Storey Building with Mrs.
Marjorie Barretto;
WHEREAS, Due to the fact that Mrs. Barreto failed to comply with her obligation to
deliver the amount to be used in the construction, and that despite that the corporation is
facing economic distress, still we have the obligation to comply;

HENCE, THE BOARD RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:

Be it resolved and decided to continue the project by borrowing an amount
of P 20,000,000.00 to the Development Bank of the Philippines to push through with
the project as soon as possible, informed Mrs. Barreto for such continuance.
