Seminar Workshop on Personality Development

Rationale:

A ten-day workshop on “Personality Development Program” was organized by


Teaching Learning Centre (TLC), Tezpur University, Tezpur, Assam from 27th August to
5th September, 2016. The main objective of the Workshop was to familiarize participants
with the emerging ideas and trends on how to develop personality in the 21st century
contexts. The program also aimed to teach participants to work with various
professionals, people and groups to understand the meaning of life and work in the
present context; to enhance their communication skills and interpersonal skills in order to
function in professional and social settings effectively; to enrich the academic language
skills (writing and presentation skills) for academic writing and presentations; to
understand effective planning, time management and implementation for setting goals
and achieving both personal and professional goals; to learn to evaluate oneself (self -
appraisal and introspection) for further growth, personally and professionally.

I. Concept:

Seminar Workshop on Personality Development among students of Renaissance


School of Science and Technology.

II. Planning

A. Scope and Definition

This project aims to help an individual maximize available


resources to reach a person’s full potential through a well-rounded
personality and it focus on how the students should present themselves as
future educators at Renaissance School of Science and Technology in
Morong, Rizal this summer 2020.

The project will concentrate more on seminars about how to the


target participants will be able to enhance the personality of students,
including proper posture, good grooming, and creating a good first
impression.

B. Objectives

At the end of the seminar training workshop the participants


should be able to:

 Have a better understanding with their own personality

 Gain more knowledge about personal development for a more


convenient learning
 Introducing oneself in reality and apply this training work to they’re
chosen career.

C. Justification

The purpose of this project plan is to prove that personality


development enhances the general as well as unique traits of a person that
is required for differentiating a person from another.

D. Deliverables

To be able to attend a seminar workshop regarding personality


development.

E. Task Definition

(Will be the overall in charge of the project. He will be delegating


and instructing the direction of the group.)

(In charge of Technical and quality assurance of the project).

program and Certificate for the participant and the speaker. She also in

availability of chairs, tables and sound.)

3. Refreshment and Registration: Mhercides P. Garcia

(In charge of preparing and securing refreshment for the guest


speaker and technical working committees.)

(In charge of preparation of communication letters, taking pictures,


evaluation form, securing copy of Workshop Seminar from school office and
copy of concept paper and project proposal.)
