RESOLUTION NO.: 2019 – 10

“A RESOLUTION RESPECTFULLY REQUESTING THE PROVINCIAL GOVERNOR MA. ANGELICA

ROSEDELLE AMANTE MATBA TO GRANT HEAVY EQUIPMENT : ONE GRADER TRUCK,DUMP
TRUCK AND ROAD ROLLER TRUCK TO ENABLE US IN THE OPERATION WELL OF THE
REHABILITATION OF MORE OR LESS FIVE KILOMETERS FARM TO MARKET ROAD FROM
MAGSAYSAY TO SABANG OF BARANGAY MAGSAYSAY, JABONGA, AGUSAN DEL NORTE ”

WHEREAS, the Barangay Magsaysay of Jabonga , Agusan del Norte having a problem for the
rehabilitation of more or less five kilometers Farm to Market Road due to have lack of heavy
equipment.

WHEREAS, it is necessary for the convenience of Barangay Magsaysay, Jabonga, Agusan del Norte
for the rehabilitation of the above mentioned to have heavy equipment : one Grader Truck ,Dump
Truck, and Road Roller Truck to make the project easiest and fastest.

WHEREAS , this is not only for the use of the Barangay Magsaysay but the nearby barangay will
benefit it also especially whoever needs in relation of this heavy equipment when it comes to
the Government project.
NOW THEREFORE, upon motion of Kagawad Florence I. Mongaya and duly seconded by Kagawad
June Ann B. Dejolde.

RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to grant our request of acquisition of heavy equipment :

one grader truck, dump truck and road roller truck to enable us in the operation well of the
rehabilitation of more or less five kilometers farm to market road from Magsaysay to Sabang of
Barangay Magsaysay , Jabonga, Agusan del Norte.

RESOLVED FURTHER this copies of resolution be furnished to all concerned for their information
and guidance.

Approved unanimously.

IRRIGATION ADMINISTRATION OF ASDI IMO ENG’R FERDINAND D. AMON TO GRANT AGILA
PUYO FARMERS IRRIGATORS’ ASSOCIATION,INC. THE SOLAR POWER PUMP WITH
COMPRESSOR AND PIPE LINES WHICH ENABLE HIGH YIELD PRODUCTION AND LESS
PRODUCTION COST IN RICE PRODUCTION.”

WHEREAS, the Agila Puyo Farmers Irrigators’ Association comprising of four barangays of the
Municipality of Jabonga namely: Colorado, Magsaysay, Bangonay and Libas with 108 farmer
beneficiaries represented by Sebastian M. Bermudez, Jr. IA President.

WHEREAS, the Agila Puyo Farmers Irrigators’ Association has a service area of 380 hectares with
38 shallow tube well operated area. The association will not cater all farmers to benefit them all
of the said pump.

WHEREAS, it is most necessary for the association today to own the solar power pump with
compressor and pipe lines due to lack of access pertaining on irrigation system but we have our
two numbers of Puyo in our barangay which is : Puyo River 1 and Puyo River 2, accessible to cater
the project which will we proposed.

WHEREAS, this project is the solution for us to uplift the lives of farmers from poverty and till the
future generation will benefit as well through the good leadership and management.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, AS AT IS HEREBY RESOLVED to grant our request of acquisition of

solar power pump with compressor and pipe lines which enable high yield production and less
production cost in rice farming.
RESOLVED FURTHER, to furnish copies of this resolution to the National Irrigation Administration
Office and to all concern for their information and appropriate action.
