Pranay Agarwal, Founding Partner and Chief Investment Officer


Pranay is a strategy and investment consultant with over 10 years of experience at McKinsey & Company. As Associate Partner at the
firm, he was recently co-leading the Private Equity & Real Estate practice in the MEO office, before moving to India. His family business
as part of the MSP Group based out of Kolkata, India is a diversified, listed conglomerate with business interests in Steel, Mining, Power
and Metals with an estimated turnover of Rs. 2,500 crores (approx $325 M). Pranay is a London Business School MBA graduate and also
holds a double degree in Material Sciences & Engineering and Political Science from Northwestern University. Pranay’s key focus areas
are finance and strategic decision-making.

Rahul Arya, Principal – Industrial & Warehousing


Rahul is an entrepreneur with over 8 years of experience in warehousing and industrial real estate. As Managing Director, he is
currently managing his family’s warehousing portfolio in the Kolkata Port region and Jaipur along with few commercial real estate
