1. Anamnesis: Patient felt pain from the right ear since 2 days ago. Pain also included by blocking
sensation with discharge (-), blood (-), and decrease of hearing function. No sign of fever but has
history fly to Bali within 24 hours. Patient also felt unwell and strange sensation around her
stomache. This symptom has emerged since 2 days ago withoud feeling nausea or got vomit.
