REQUEST FOR PROMOTION

Pursuant to Commandant Order No. 2 dated 08 July 2019, Basis of Promotion and Demotion, I,
C/MAJ BELEN KEIL B. ACP would like to apply for a promotion to the rank of LIEUTENANT
COLONEL.

Throughout the First Period of evaluation from 03 June to 16 August 2019 I was able to perform
the following:

1. I joined the 46th National Encampment Training in Fernando Airbase Lipa City,
Batangas.
2. I became the Top 6 Cadet out of all 105 cadets in the National Encampment.
3. I joined the HTS ACP SUMMER TRAINING.
4. In the summer training, I achieved the top 2 cadet, 1st in Proficiency and 3rd in
Loyalty awards.
5. I joined the School Localized Brigada.
6. I have attained the required merits for the rank of LIEUTENANT COLONEL.
7. I am always doing my best as the Air Group Commander of batch 05-20 “ ANG
SIKLABDIWA”

Resulting for me to accumulate a total of 5104 merits which is required to be

promoted as Cadet LIEUTENANT COLONEL.
