known Lauren for many years when she started working as an Assistant Preschool
Teacher at Blair Regional YMCA Early Learning Center.

Lauren is an exceptional person. Her work as an Assistant is outstanding. She is very

reliable and dependable, willing to do whatever is best for the children and the center.
Lauren not only worked full time while obtaining her career, she is also raising a family.
She manages her time so she can spend quality time with her family while furthering her
career.

Lauren is a caring, mature, empathic individual. She is able to balance the needs of
each individual child with the needs of the group. She is very patient and kind and the
children respond to her in a positive and trusting way. Over the years, Lauren has
developed her skills in classroom management and in knowing how to plan and
implement a curriculum with developmentally appropriate activities. She is more than
capable of running her own classroom.

Lauren has a very good rapport with the children as well as their parents. She also has
a good working relationship with her peers. Her bright, energetic, delightful manner
makes it an enjoyable teaching experience.

Lauren will be a tremendous asset to any new place of employment.
