BACKGROUND: Social Media now a days is one of the most easiest and fastest way of communication. Exchanging
emails, letters, fax and etc. Commonly used in an office, in a way of getting in touch in between the project operation and
the one who execute the project and program- the people. Therefore, internet is the one of most high-tech way to make
things possible. ERMKab present internet connection is ULTERA(now obsolete). Budget approved by ERFA for 2019,
PHP 1,200/month.

PROPOSAL: UPGRADING INTERNET CONNECTION

INTERNET CONNECTION DETAILS BASED ON INQUERIES:


 SMART/PLDT CONNECTION
PLAN A - PHP 1,299 – 3 Mbps( Maximum bit per second)
PLAN B – PHP 1,699- 5 Mbps
PLAN C- PHP 1,899- 20 Mbps
PLAN D- PHP 2,899 – 50 Mbps
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Authorization Letter from highest ranking officer.
2. SEC Registration
3. Valid I.D. of the authorized person
All Plan is in package includes landline use and in unli fiber. PLDT Kabankalan could not yet determine how many computers
can be used if it will be operated in online streaming. With additional charge of PHP 1,450 in termination of contract, plus
hidden charges which unknown- upon installment.
 GLOBE
PLAN A- PHP 1,699 -5 Mbps
PLAN B- PHP 1,899- 10-15-Mbps depending on the location of the office.

4. Electric Bill

All Plan is in package includes landline use and in unli fiber. Can able to operate 15-20 computers doing online streaming
depending on the location. With additional hidden charges of PHP 1,000 upon installment payable in 3 months.

BACKGROUND: Printer usage for ERMKabankalan is important , we have 2 printers (1) EPSON –already dead.
(2) Brothers (continuous) – which has damaged. Since that the volume of paper works increased, the usage of printer is in
demand.

PROPOSAL: BUY A NEW PRINTER

 EPSON L3150 (PHP 9,150)
Feature details: Wifi connected. It can scan, print & copy. Four color, operate in A4 size of bond paper only. Can print 4,500
pages for colour and 7,500 for black.

MINUTES OF STAFF MEETING


DATE: FEBRUARY 20, 2019
ATTENDANCE:ANA ALCORIN ON LEAVE, THE REST STAFF ARE PRESENT.

1. Reading of previous minutes by Jefry Palata


COMMENTS:
Br. Rod suggested, item 1it should be written as Minutes of Meeting rather than Agenda.
Item 2 Br. Rod encouraged everyone to search on ERFA’s website about the policies. www.erfa.gov. & choose policies
for us to be aware of policies that should be implemented or anyone could borrow the booklet from project manager’s
office.
Item 4 That Ma’am Myrna is came from Luzon not from Leyte.
Item 5 Sector’s report next meeting should not be in separate, but rather Livelihood Sector will leading the updates,
mentioning the communities they went through the week & should followed by Health & Social Care Sector’s update.
Continued by Education Sector.
John B. clarified if the Formation will be included to the Sector’s update & to where.
Br. Rod respond directly that Formation will no longer be a sector but rather it will flow over all sectors report since
that we are keen to tight and have a single program.
2. Child Protection Policy by Cherie Mae
Cherrie Mae presented about child labor & its meaning as stated in the RA. No. 9231. It’s exemptions as stated in Sec 2- A of
the RA. She also showed a video about Child Labor. According to Philippine Statics Office(PSA) –known as NSO before Its
almost 2.1 M laborers aged 15-17 is in hazardous work (95%).She also explained the causes of Child Labor & the negative
effectives to children She end up the power point presentation with great encouragement to ERM Staff to work hand in hand
against child labor . As an ERM Community Br. Rod raised a sudden question to answer. How can we stop child labor?

Sharon – as a livelihood team member who always in the field will have a chance to evaluate the community
member, specially in the level of education and they can refer it to the Education Sector to be assess.
Jefry said continue the feeding program.
Br. Rod also mentioned that the Education Sector & Health & Social Care will go with the Livelihood sector at a
time to get through Education Sector might takes time.
Janjan – we need to top other agencies.
Br. Rod respond that should be the work of our social worker.
3. Forward Planning by Br. Rod.
Br. Rod read the schedule up to March including the List of Holidays which will be posted in the notice board.
4. Sector’s Update
Livelihood
Prk. 3 inventory 1 sack of rice need to be followed up. Pagtubaan 2 rolling capital increased, they gradually
paid the debt and debts to stocks (utang) decreased. They conducted house to house visit. In Lupni rolling capital at
present is PHP 8,383. Flora 10 out of 13 members attended the meeting, 3 members has stepped down at present DSWD
program get in the area. Br. Rod need to know the DSWD operation – to what communities they are operating with , that
we are existing too. Jefry mentioned the following areas: Minoro, Hilamonan, Flora, Tower Power & Lupni . Ondol
meeting was postponed because there were 3 members only attended. Minoro 10 out 15 attended the meeting, income
becomes low because of SLP. Livelihood team clarified that they need to support their community livelihood. Br. Rod
said at this stage, meeting to DSWD needs to be inplace , not to operate in double – double tipping like ICM group is in
Balisong.
