Dear Sir,

I received this dra le er and was asked to counter sign it. However I have neither dra ed the
le er nor agree with the contents of the le er and so cannot sign the same.

In second para. of the le er it is men oned that 'Japan's Aichi Works' should be selected, which
will be treated as recommenda on from GC and the Contractor can make a claim / varia on out of
it.

Today morning I discussed the same with Mr. Indra Nath Mishra. Even though the submission is
related to 'Fabrica on Shops', we found that the Country of Origin given in the billing schedule
(Item No. 702, Page no. 9347) for Equipments and Materials for Fabrica on Works, Transporta on
Works, Erec on Works and Paint Material shall be 'Japan / India' (copy a ached). So we can add it
in our dra le er.

I am hopeful that Indra Nath Mishra ji will discuss this issue with the concerned persons and
revise the dra le er accordingly.
