Correctives measures:
•Top management of the Institution along with HOD will have a one to one interaction with the faculty member .
Based on the self appraisal, necessary suggestions are given during the interaction. The improvement is observed and
measured during the consecutive year.
Some of the corrective measures suggested are:
1. Suggestions to improve research activity
2. Suggestion to attend FDPs to improve awareness on the current technology
•If the self appraisal rating is greater than or equal to 90%, the faculty is appreciated with a letter of appreciation, valid
for the specific year and a cash incentive of Rs. 10,000 will be given as a reward.
•If the appraisal rating is greater than or equal to 90%, for two consecutive years, a cash incentive of Rs. 25,000 will be
given as a reward to motivate such faculty
•If the appraisal rating is between 70% and 90% faculty will be encouraged to perform better
