RESOLUTION NO. XXX - 2019

A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING BARANGAY SK

CHAIRPERSON HON. WEN KOK LIM CHIANG II AND
BARANGAY SK TREASURER HON. JAYSON G.
ABORQUE TO OPEN A CURRENT ACCOUNT WITH
DEVELOPMENT BANK OF THE PHILIPPINES (DBP)
BUTUAN BRANCH WITH ACCOUNT NAME BARANGAY
2 – GOLDEN RIBBON, BUTUAN CITY SK FUND.

WHEREAS, Barangay 2 – Golden Ribbon has newly elected set of Barangay

Sangguniang Kabataan Officials for Calendar Year 2018 to 2020;

WHEREAS, it has been mandated by law that the Sangguniang Kabataan will have
a separate account from the barangay for the disbursement of SK funds which will
be solely used for youth development and empowerment purposes;

WHEREAS, the new set of Sangguniang Kabataan officers particularly the SK

Chairperson and SK Treasurer will now be authorized to open an account, sign
checks and other documents for and in behalf of Barangay 2 – Golden Ribbon
Sangguniang Sabataan.

WHEREAS, the authorized signatories are SK Chairperson HON. WEN KOK LIM
CHIANG II and SK Treasurer HON. JAYSON G. ABORQUE whose signatures
appears below:

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the

members of Barangay Sangguniang Kabataan Council of Barangay 2 – Golden
Ribbon in its session assembled to authorize SK Chairperson HON. WEN KOK LIM
CHIANG II and SK Treasurer HON. JAYSON G. ABORQUE to open a current
account, sign checks and other documents for and in behalf of Barangay 2 – Golden
Ribbon Sangguniang Kabataan.

RESOLVED FURTHER, to furnish copies of this resolution to Department of Local

and Interior Government, City Youth Development Office, Sangguniang Panlungsod
through the SK Federation Office, Development Bank of the Philippines (DBP) for
their information and appropriate action

RESOLVED FINALLY, that the above resolution remains valid and existing until
revoke or amended.

ADOPTED on this 20th day of August 2019 in the City of Butuan, Philippines.
