Synopsis: Discusses the process that led to

the approval of the new Constitution in
Ecuador, throughout the holding of the
constituent assembly of Montecristi, in 2008.
We follow the president of the assembly as
well as other elected representatives, but also
groups of citizens who came to make their
demands heard, convinced that they must be
included in the constitution. We attend the
debate a posteriori; today some actors of the
moment have not only changed physically,
they have also changed political camp. The
Devil's Nose is known to be the stretch where
the construction of the railway inaugurated
more than 100 years ago was the most
complicated. In this film the constitution of
Montecristi is the most important step, but it
depends on each one of ecuatorians to be
attentive and vigilant to the route that will
follow ecuadorian train.

possibility is a film of
transformation and human
capabilities. It tells the story of
the blind photographer Sonia
Soberats. The pain that
generated an event of the past
caused that it lost the sense of
sight in its totality. Today Sonia
is part of a prestigious group of
blind photographers in New York
City and in turn teaches this
technique in Venezuela. One of
his workshops is held in
Mucurubá, an Andean town
where a festival of light is
celebrated by lighting twenty-
one thousand candles
throughout the town, combining
teaching and tradition.
