CATEGORY I:
Europe travel by car (only applicable for Hamburg, Antwerp, Amsterdam and Rotterdam)

Service programme

Conditions - Packages 2010

Category I Category I is applicable for Hamburg, Antwerp, Amsterdam or Rotterdam. Applicable are
the rates and work according to the table. The price is an all incl price.

Category II Category II is applicable if the visit takes place within Europe, is not covered by category
I and is visited by plane. Applicable are the rates and work according to the table. The price is an
all incl price.

Category III Category III is applicable for all categories other than category I and II. Applicable are the rates
and work according to the table. The rate plus additional ticket costs will be invoiced.

Extra days Work to be carried out other than the package deals, but requested by means of the Inspection
package order form will be invoiced per working day. Waiting hours outside the responsibility
of Aalborg Industries will be invoiced per working day.

For all categories, a fee of € 750.00 apply for each additional working day. A working day always
exist out of 10 hours. If these 10 hours are exceeded, a new full working day will be invoiced. A
full working day will also be invoiced if less then 10 hours have been used on that particular day.

Reporting The final reporting will be made in the office and will be sent within 7 working days after attendance.

The reporting comprises the following:

n Running data
n Open issues based on findings by inspection.
n Recommended actions based on open issues.
n Recommended spare part(s) and modification(s).
n Quote for recommended spare parts and modification(s).

Conditions The standard maintenance and inspection package is only valid under the following conditions:
n A request for an inspection at least 3 weeks prior to attendance.
n Confirmation by e-mail with boarding details, 1 week prior to dispatch.
n Official Purchase Order (PO) accompanied by:
n Inspection package order form with selected work to be carried out.

n The Aalborg Industries Group’s Terms and Conditions, January 2004 are applying.

Taxes, duties Kindly note that prices are exclusive of any duties, taxes, fees, etc. that may be imposed at the
and
fees place of work or delivery. Additional costs (such as local tax, corporate income tax, labour tax,
etc.) must be paid by the requested party (customer) and can under no circumstances be deduct
ed from the net amount to be paid to the maker.

Other Specific courses and tests required by the country or company concerned will be charged accord-
ing to the hours spent and invoiced according to the PRICE LIST FOR SERVICE ASSISTANCE – AMS

– 2010, with a minimum of 8 hours. Costs for country or company’s specific materials, courses and
tests needed to be able to attend, will be invoiced according to the real costs + 10% for administra-
tion.

Payment Within 30 days after date of the invoice
