post-office address at B2 L5 1 Palmgrove Village, Buhay na Tubig, Imus,
Cavite City do hereby APPOINT, NAME and CONSTITUTE Elmer Bermil
Espinosa, likewise of legal age, with residence at 6091 J.P. Rizal St. Area D
Sto. Niño, Camarin Road, Caloocan City as my true and legal representative
to act for and in my name and stead and to perform the following acts:

1. To process all documents and secure pertinent documents from the

Land Transportation Office (LTO) regarding the impounded White
Nissan Urvan (NV350) with conduction sticker # F1K654 issued by
the LTO.

2. To execute, sign, authenticate, and enter into any/or all agreements

for me and in my name with any person or entity.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said representative full power

and authority to do and perform all and every act and thing whatsoever
requisite and necessary to be done in and about the premises, as fully, to
all intents and purposes, as I might or could do if personally present, with
all power of substitution and revocation, and hereby ratifying and
confirming all that my said representative or his substitute shall lawfully do
or cause to be done by virtue thereof.
