    Sir:

    Reference is made in our visual team site inspection October 17, 2019 together with the City
    Engineering Inspectorate team, BFP and CDRRMC. During our team visual, we noticed that the building
    is not safe to use. Further, refer below our inspection report.

    INSPECTION & OBSERVATION REPORT:

    The firewall above second floor level of approximately 3 meters plus in height is tilting and
    maybe subjected to collapse. (See attached Photo)
