I. COURSE DESCRIPTION
At the end of the course, the graduate student should at a minimum be able to
competently discuss:
1. The nature and role of educational psychology in leading the schools in the 21st
2. Use research methods and techniques in confronting and communicating various
challenges in modern day school organization anchored on the latest findings in
educational psychology;
3. The essential role of psychology in different types of school organization;
4. Theories on classic and modern educational psychology.
