ORGANIZATION
The EUROPEAN YOUTH CUP LEAD & SPEED 2019 in Imst (Tirol / Austria) is organized by the Austrian
Climbing Federation KVÖ (www.austriaclimbing.com) and it´s member club ÖAV Imst-Oberland.
The EYC LEAD & SPEED is allocated by the IFSC Europe in accordance with the IFSC general and
discipline regulations and the European Youth Cup discipline rules.

TRAVELLING TO IMST
By plane:
Fly to Innsbruck – there are direct flights from Paris, London, Frankfurt, Vienna and Zürich. From the
airport take a bus to the railway station and from there go by train to Imst. From the station take a bus or
taxi.
By train:
Most of the international trains stop in Imst.
By car: Coming from Munich or Italy take the highway to Innsbruck, proceed on the highway in direction
“Arlberg-Bregenz”, after 60 km leave at the first exit “Imst”. Coming from Switzerland take the highway in
direction to Innsbruck, pass the “Arlberg-Tunnel” and leave at the second exit “Imst”.

LICENSES
Only competitors and team officials holding a valid IFSC international license are allowed to register for the
competition.
TEAM QUOTA
7.2.3 Member Federations may register as competitors:
(a) any current adult/youth World/European Champions (who shall be registered for the discipline in which
they are champion) and any current adult/youth Overall World/European Champions;
(b) up to four (4) competitors for each Category in each relevant discipline; and
(c) the host federation shall be entitled to register an additional two (2) competitors in each Category for
each relevant discipline.

REGISTRATION FEES
Euro 25,- for each competitor. Please pay the registration fee of Euro 20,- cash at the registration desk in
KLETTERHALLE IMST (Sportcafe Susi) on Friday 2nd of August 2019. Euro 5,- per competitor will be charged
by IFSC Europe to the national federation.

For the registration on Friday 2 of August 2019 it is necessary for all team managers to show the passports or
ID-cards of their competitors

Please send a list of your Team Officials (manager, coaches and medical staff) and the mobile phone number of the
team manager together with arrival information of the team to the email: bernhard.steindler@live.at.
