Dear Madison,

It looks like you did a great job! After taking a look at all of your citations, I think
you did them correctly to the best of my knowledge. You also included the hanging
indent, so good job on that. They are all alphabetized, so nicely done. I am not sure if
she wants the first line of our annotations indented, but that is something to be aware
about. As for your summaries, the first and eighth summaries are below the length
criteria, and I would definitely go in and revise those so your points don't get docked. I
did notice some small typos like "native american", "Christmans", "American" instead of
"American", and several others throughout your bibliography. I would recommend just
combing through your annotations and perfecting them before you turn it in (which I'm
sure you already intended on doing). Lastly, (this could just be me; I'm not very great at
interpreting citations) I wasn't completely sure if you pulled information from all five of
the required sources. If you have, that's great, but if you haven't I would definitely make
sure you have sources from a web article, a book, an academic journal, a news article,
and a magazine. As for the content in your annotations, I thought you summarized the
information wonderfully. I got a good idea of what the source was about and I learned
interesting facts along the way. I think the only thing I would recommend is including
what kind of source it is, and who it is intended for. Kim had a note in the assignment
outline that said that along with summarizing the source, we should also indicate who it
is written for. This would also be a great way to fulfill those length requirements on the
first and eighth annotations. Great work!
