DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE Final
This DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE is made, executed and entered into by VICTOR E. GOJOCCO, Filipino, of legal
age, married to JANNET D. GOJOCCO with residence and postal address at Blk 22, Lot 2, Enoch St.,
Ridgecrest Subdivision, Pasong Buwaya, Imus, Cavite hereinafter referred to as the SELLER.
-And-
PINKY PANALIGAN ANTOLIN, Filipino of legal age, married with residence and postal address at Blk. 24,
Lot 9, Palestine St., Ridgecrest Subd., Pasong Buwaya, Imus, Cavite hereinafter referred to as the BUYER.
WITNESSETH
WHEREAS, the Seller is the registered owner of a parcel of land with house improvements located at Bl.
22, Lot 2, Enoch St., Ridgecrest Subdivision, Pasong Buwaya, Molino, Cavite and covered by Certificate of
Title No. T-1268550 with a total land area of 95 square meters more or less and more particularly
described as follows:
A parcel of land (Lot 2, Blk. 22 of the subd. Plan, Psd-04-187340, being a portion of Lots 6521, Imus Estate,
L.R.C. Rec. No. 8845), situated in Brgy. of Pasong Buwaya, Mun. of Imus, Province of Cavite, Island of
Luzon. Bounded on the NE., along line 1-2 by Lot 1, Blk. 22, on the SE., along line 2-3 by Road Lot 19; on
the SW., along lines 3-4-5 by Lot 26; and on the NW., along lines 5-1 by Lot 4 Blk. 22 all of the subd. Plan.
Beginning at a pt. marked “1” on plan, being S.85 deg. 15’W., 558.72 m. from Mon. No. 176, Imus Estate;
thence S. 32 deg. 46’ E., 9.00 m. To pt. 2; thence S. 57 deg 14 W., 7.88 m. To pt 3; thence N. 77 deg. 46
‘W., 3.00 m. to pt. 4;
WHEREAS, the Buyer has offered to buy and the Seller has agreed to sell the above mentioned property
for the amount of THREE MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P 3,500,000) Philippine Currency.
NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the sum of THREE MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND
PESOS (P 3,500,000) Philippine Currency, hand paid by the BUYER to the SELLER, do hereby SELL,
TRANSFER, and CONVEY by way of Absolute Sale unto the said BUYER his heirs and assigns the parcel of
land with house improvements found thereon, free from all liens and encumbrances of whatever nature
including real estate taxes as of the date of this sale.
