MANIFESTATION

COMES now petitioner, unto this Honorable Court most respectfully avers:
1. That a Judicial Affidavit of Mary Rochelle C. Villasenor was earlier
submitted to this Honorable Court dated November 8, 2019, Attached
hereto as Annex “L”;

2. That said Judicial Affidavit was incomplete and does not contain all the
intended testimony and documentary exhibits of the witness Villasenor
and the marking of the exhibits was inadvertently marked due to the fault
of the undersigned counsel;

3. That in order to correct said inadvertence, a new Judicial Affidavit is

needed to be submitted to the Honorable Court. Attached hereto as annex
“M”;

4. Thus, the undersigned petitioner respectfully manifest that we may be

allowed to submit a new Judicial Affidavit to replace the earlier Judicial
Affidavit submitted;
 5. WHEREFORE, in view of the foregoing, petitioner humbly prays
that may this Manifestation be given due course.

Other just and equitable relief available in the premises is likewise prayed for.
