Respectfully forwarded to the members of the Sangguniang Panglungsod thru the Chairman of the
Committee on Appropriation , Hon. Editha Manguerra, the herein Annual Budget of Barangay 86 Zone 9
For the Calendar Year 2019 for final review and appropriate review action.

Preliminary review shows substantial compliance with the general limitaions and budgetary
requirements pursuant to the provision of Republic Act No. 7160 ( the Local Government Code of the
Philippines of 1991) as Follows:

 Development Fund – 20% of I.R.A.

 SK FUND – 10% of General Fund
 BDRRMF – 5% of Regular Income
 BCPC Fund – 2% of Total Appropriation
 GAD – 5% of Total Appropriation
 Personal Services Within 55% Limitation
 Appropriation not excess of certified estimated income
 Compensation, Honoraria not is excess of allowed by law

It is understood that source and fund ( certified income ) is net of prior year unexpended balance of
mandatory budgetary requirments ( 20% Development fund , 5% BDRRMF and 10% SK fund).

It is understood that this preliminary review action does not authorize any item of appropriation that is
specifically prohibited by or inconsistent with the provision of law.

Compliance to all existing law, rules and regulations and all auditing , budgeting and accounting rules
shall be the responsibility of Barangay 86 zone 9 Officials.
