1. Opening/Introduction
“Assalamualaikum Wr.Wb, Hi guys! Welcome to my video, we are from grup one
will feature a coversation about a Tuberculosis disease with which there is pain,
symtoms, death and dying, and medication”.
“We will introduce ourselves, my name is Ferian Herdiansyah and my friend Mita
Purnamasari, Agustini Rahayu Ningsih, Moh. Rofiuddin. Enjoy watching this
video”
2. Dialog (Discussing tuberculosis disease with friends)
FROM THE PARKING AREA TO THE GAZEBO
(After reaching the gazebo)
Ferian : ”Hello, Good morning guys”
Mitha,Rofi,Gustin :”Good morning too”
Ferian : “I’m sorry, I made you wait so long”
Gustin : “No problem, We just arrived”
Ferian : “Okay, in accordance with yesterday’s college assignment, today i will be
discussing tuberculosis”
Rofi : “What is tuberculosis?”
Ferian : “Can anyone answer rofi is question?”
Mitha : “I’m, Tuberculosis (TBC) is a mycobacterium tuberculosis, which produces
in the body parts where blood and oxygen flow is well. The bacterial infection
typically spreads through the blood vessels and lymph nodes, but primarily attacks the
lungs”
Ferian : “Right, how’s rofi doing on the whole mitha is explanation?”
Rofi : “Yes, I understand”
Mitha : “What are the symtoms of tuberculosis?”
Gustin : “Symtoms tuberculosis was like : Lasting coughing (2 weeks or so), fever,
lost weight, no appetite, chest pains, sweating at night with no physical activity”
Mitha : “So, if a person has a disease it would develop such symtoms”
Gustin : “Yes, right”
Rofi : “Is tuberculosis curable?”
Ferian : “Of course, TBC can be cured by regular use of medicinal drugs and diligent
prayer to the lord for healing”
Mitha : “What is the treatment for tuberculosis?”
Gustin : “TBC can be detected through phonic examination. Some other tests that can
be done to detect this plague are photos of chest X-rays, blood tests, or skin tests
(mantoux). TBC can be cured if the patient is obedien to a prescription. To cope with
the disease, the sufferer needs to take a considerable amount of medication ( a
minimum of 6 months). The drug commonly consists of : Isoniazid, Rifampicin,
Pyrazinamide, Ethambutol.”
Rofi : “What is someone suffering tuberculosis (TBC) fails to take medication
regulary”
Gustin : “As a result, bacteria continue to procreate severe tuberculosis conditions in
the body, the disease will never fully heal.”
Rofi : “I see”
Ferian : “What causes tuberculosis (TBC) to the death stage?”
Mitha : “Bacteria on active tuberculosis could breed the damage on the alveolus part.
Without treatment, bacteria can carry the blood and attack the kidneys, bone marrow,
spine, and brain, which will eventually cause death.”
Ferian : “Hhmmm. (Nodding your head)”
Gustin : “Under what conditions? That could cause the disease to pass on to others”
Rofi : “There are two conditions in tuberculosis. Latent tuberculosis that is
bacteria is present in the body, but dormant. This condition is neither symtomatic nor
contagious, but it can be activated at any time. Active tuberculosis that is bacteria
present in the body that can produce symptoms and can pass on to others.”
Gustin : “I see. (Nodding your head)”
Ferian : “Okay, are there any more question?”
Mitha : “Nothing”
Ferian : “How’s our discussion today on tuberculosis disease? Was is fun?”
Rofi : “Sure, it’s a lot of fun”
Gustin : “Yes, the discussions was delightful and certainly we can know and
understand about the tuberculosis disease.”
Ferian : “Well, let’s end our discussion today, hopefully what’s being discussed can
benefit ourselves and others.”
Gustin : “Okay, thank you for today’s discussion”
Mitha : “You are welcome”
