 The company discuss about their agreement to the


customers.
 To know how to deal with suppliers as well as customers.
 To understand the relation with Investors, Stakeholders,
Customers.
PROCEDURES
STEPS TO DEAL WITH THE CUSTOMER:-

 Firstly, the customer are taken to the construction site.


 They talk about the company terms & conditions.
 Buyers and Investors get different types of schemes
through the company.
 They also provide loan facility from different bank.
 Finally, they discuss about the time duration for the
completion of work.
Suggestion
 My suggestion for this company is that it should improve
their schemes.
 The company should create its own online sites.
Conclusion

It was a wonderful and learning experience for me while


carrying out the internship. This internship gave me real insight
into the world of finch. After conducting the survey, I got to
understand more about the preferences of the retailers among
the four services offered.
Customer satisfaction is addressed as a strategic business
development tool. Ultimately it will lead to more loyal
customers and more profitable business.
