ACTION PLAN

Before choosing a Bellezza Cosmetics and Beauty we undertook a market survey and
feasibility study in order to be able to penerate the available market and become the
preffered choice.

We advertised our cosmetic brand with the help of the following :

 Social Media:
Social media includes; Facebook, Twitter, Instragram.
 Print Media:
Print media includes; Magazines, Newspaper, Brochers.
 Broadcast Media:
Broadcast media includes; Television, Radio.

Bellezza Cosmetics products will be intoduced in February.

Following are the summaries of the action programs we will use during 6 months of next
year to achieve our stated goals.

January We will introduce between 10 to 20 different products in the market.


Introduce our products by sending introductory letters alongside our broucher to
organization household and stakeholders in city. We hired the experts who have good
understanding of the cosmatics and beauty to help us develop marketing (our brand
Bellezza Cosmetics) that will help us to achieve our business goal.

February Our intention to start Bellezza Cosmetics is to maximize profit from the
cosmetics, beauty and fragrance by retailing industry and we will do all that is permitted
to achieve our corporate aim and ambition. All of our products will be positioned at the
quality consious consumers. Our colour cosmetics will be mineral based and provide the
users with esthetic benefits while nourishing the skin.

March We will contract a public relation firm to develop our brand through
compaign. Bellezza will occupy a unique market position. No other brand offers a
speciality product line. However, within each category significant brands do exist. Quality
and price vary widely within each product. Bellezza will be positioned as a quality brand.

April We develop new products to capture the minds and hearts of consumers. Our
targeted end users are elder. They are the females, because this consumers has an active
lifestyle. Face beauty are most important to them. Brand name products may cost more,
but branding gives consumers assurance of cosistant quality.
May We planned to offer discount on Cosmetics and Beauty products to our
consmers. We can either start off small, with 10% or 20% of products. It’s a great place to
offer discount to a loyal customers who are actively interested, to encourage them, so that
they again purchase with us.

June Our job is to understand the mind of our customers as thoroughly as possible
and to deliver what they need and desire. Bellezza Cosmetics and Beauty retail stores will
be located in major shopping areas or malls. Creates a series of brochures that will help in
function at point of sale. Conducted consumers seminars for the implementation and
development of our brand.
