While it is still yawing and holding a dream
That's always hidden in the night's cavern?
Have you strewn secrets
At sunrise? Ran, danced
Hollered without waking up anyone
Because whatever you do is but a whisper
To spirits waving goodbye to the night?
Have you experienced solitude on the beach
Like a seagull perched on a crag
Looking at the distance until the sun
Peeps at the end of the sea?
Have you bathed in a gentle rays
Of colors of lilac, mabolo, rose and orange
Fruits and flowers for a parched throat
Pillows for your loneliness?

Have you tried clasping for another
Anguished soul, who, like you
Bridges night and day
Threads memories and hope?
