RE: FINAL DEMAND LETTER

I am writing you in behalf of my client __________________, of legal age,

Filipino, single and a resident of Barangay X, Roxas City, Capiz.

Records and documents were submitted to my office showing that

my client is the bona-fide lessee of a parcel of land at Barangay X,
Roxas City specifically located near post km no. 115-1 Westside of the
railway track going to Roxas City.

You entered and occupied the portion of the above-mentioned lot

by building a residential room therein. My client tolerated your
possession thereof but she is now in need of the said portion.

In this connection, I am respectfully asking you to remove your

residential room and peacefully vacate the portion you are unlawfully
occupying and return the possession to her within fifteen (15) days
from receipt of this demand letter.

Otherwise, you will leave us with no other option but to file the
appropriate actions in court against you in order to protect the rights
of my client.

We trust that you will give this matter your prompt and preferential
attention to avoid the expense and inconvenience of litigation.
