Pursuant to Article 62, XIII of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of the Local Government Code of
1991(R.A. 7160) mandates the local government units to promote the establishments and operation of
People’s organizations, non-governmental organizations, and private sectors , to make them active partners
in pursuit of local autonomy, and to directly involve them in the plans, programs, projects, or activities of local
government unit such as, but not limited to, membership in local special bodies and involvement in the
delivery of basic services and facilities.

Thus, I do firmly believed that the Non-Government Organizations and Cooperatives have vital role towards
social development.

In lieu to this, as the Chairperson of this Committee I’m humbly inviting you to be part of the Consultative
Meeting on October 16, 2019, 9:00 in the morning at 2nd Floor RMU Building, Dalipe, Antique. Your
