Constructional Details
Heating elements:
Heating elements made of Kanthal 80/20 Ni Cr resistance wire embedded in high purity magnesium
oxide (MgO) compacted powder to maximum density and acting as electrical insulator and thermal
conductor and covered by outer sheathing tube.
The heating elements are bent in hairpin “U” shape and having electrical terminals on both ends
hermetically sealed with dual sealing arranging, hard sealing mechanism for mechanical protection
and soft sealing mechanism for moisture sealing.
The heating elements are fixed between the outer enclosure and inner insulation. The heating
element terminal ends are covered in enclosure and connected with copper strips to phases. The total
no of heating elements is grouped in line with heater banks ratings.
The terminal will be provided with suitable incoming cables.

 Casing:
The casing will be of triple walled construction with outer casing made of mild steel sheets supported
by structural members and inner casing made of 2 mm thick stainless steel (AISI 304) plate. The gap
in between inner and outer casing will be filled with ceramic fibre insulation for a thickness not less
than 150 mm.

Platform:
The oven will have platform with trolley type with 8 mm thick top mild steel and 150 mm thick
insulation. The trolley will be manual operated and will be running on Cast iron wheels fitted with
bearings.

Door:
The oven will have vertical lifting type door with counter balanced weight for easy operation.

Explosion Windows:
The oven will be provided with explosion window as safety measure in case of any fire in the chamber
due to volatile fume accumulation.

Temperature Sensor:
The total load of 30kW will be divided in to 9 elements of 3.33kW

 Commercial Conditions:
1. Quote Validity
Unless withdrawn this quote will be valid for client’s acceptance for a period of 60 days from
the date of submission.

2. Conditions of sales
Order is sold as per Orgalime S 2000 general terms and conditions.

3. Prevention from dispatch

In the event if customer prevents seller from making equipment available for dispatch by
failing to approve drawings in time or refusing to inspect or release the equipment or making
substantial design changes which delay contracted delivery date then the seller reserves the
right to part invoice of completed work to date.

4. Warranty
Equipment is guaranteed for a period of 18 months from date of dispatch or 12 months from
putting into service, whichever is shorter. Subject to transport, storage, installation and
commissioning is in full accordance with Installation, Operation and Maintenance manual.

It is mandatory for the client to perform start up and commissioning check list be completed,
and test reports are signed off by our service engineers

Basis of warrantee is that the equipment is returned to our works factory for inspection and
subsequent repair/replacement. Delivery costs are paid by the customer. If site visits are
necessary, then seller reserves the right to charge for traveling.
Scope of guarantee is covered for -Thermal, Electrical, Mechanical design

Guarantees reflect performance against the process information provided during quotation
phase.

5. Limit of liability
Scope of limit for supply and its liability is restricted to equipment quoted and its services.
Seller is not responsible for any claims related to client’s process shut down; it is in client’s
scope to design their process using parallel piping/duty-standby systems so that their system is
safe and continuous.

6. Documentation
By default, seller assumes following documentation will be submitted as a standard practice
with the order Schematic Drawings, General Arrangement Drawing, Installation, Operation and
Maintenance Manual Test Certificates

All documents by default will be in English unless otherwise specifically agreed elsewhere.

Delivery

Terms of payment
- 20% Advance against submission of GA
- 80% against Dispatch

HSN Code and Taxes / Duties

HSN Code for quoted goods is 84199090 and accounting code for services SAC Code is 998732.
GST 28% and 18% for Services on sales within India and IGST nil for goods and services on export
sales.

Liquidated Damages

Unless otherwise advised, liquidated damages are not agreed by the seller. However due to
agreement, in event of liquidated damages are applied on the contract the seller requires a written
confirmation of final costs before goods are delivered/dispatched.
