Loss weight diet plan 🍇🍎

Examples of healthy menu and fresh meals.

Breakfast:

1 mashed egg + 1 multigrain bread toast + 1 cup of fat


less milk ( or chay, less sugar)
Or
2 egg whites+ 1 small pancake + 1 cup of fat less milk ( or
chay, less eugar)
Or
A bowl of oat meal with milk+ 1 peach or 2 slices of
mango
Or
2 mashed egg whites + 1 multigrain bread slice + 1 cup of
fat less milk ( or chay, less sugar)
(Spices as your preference)
Or
Integral Yogurt + fruits slices ( mango, avocado).
Lunch

2 portions of rice+ 2 chicken breast pieces +salad


( cucumber, tomato, green salad).
Or
Vegetable dal + roti + salad ( cucumber, tomato, onion)
Or
2 portions of rice + 1 portion of red beans with raita +
salad
Or
2 portions of boiled rice+ iogurt+ salad
Or
1 Portion of boiled rice + raita+ salad
Or
2 seekh Kebabs + 1 roti + salad
Or
1 Chapal kabab + 1 roti + salad
Or
1 portion of dal( beans) + 1 roti
Or
1 Portion of vegetable mix+ 1 roti

Chana dal + 1 portion of rice+ salad

1 portion of chicken ( as you prefer) + 2 portions of
boiled rice + salad

1 portion of kichri + vegetables

1 portion of rice + 1 chicken tikka piece+ salad
Or
1 portion of beans dal + 1 roti
Or
1 Pancake with vegetable and spinach salad

1 Lady finger vegetable mix + 1 roti
FOR THE SNACKS ( BETWEEN THE MEALS)👈
FRUITS

Apple 1
Orange 1 or 2
Watermelon 2 or 3 portions
Melon 1 or 2 portions
Peach 1
Plums 1 or 2
Mango 2 or 3 slices
1 Banana
1/3 of a cup of peanuts or 1/3 of a cup of nuts
1/3 of a cup of dry fuits as your preference
Yogurt with fruits 2 or 3 portions
Oat meal with fat less milk
1 Portion of chaart
1 or 3 integral snacks
NEVER FORGET 💪

Always drink plenty of water, mainly in summer season.


Always eat something before the workout and drink
water before, during and after the workout.
After the lunch and the dinner you can drink green tea.
Coffee is allowed but with less sugar. Avoid fried food and
processed food. Avoid sweets desserts, mainly in the
beginning of your diet plan.
Always go for the fresh and healthier food.
If you want to take some supplements, do take
recommendations .
Keep your workouts always for the maintenance of your
weight.
If you want to use oil, go always for the olive oil.

Losing weight is not just a goal, is an entire


lifestyle change.
