• Hem Kumar Bhasin( staff no. :2257122) is suffering from decompression of cervical
spine and requires immediate surgery for the same.
• BHEL observed and refered it to the MAX SUPER SPECILITY HOSPITAL, (WEST
BLOCK), Saket, New Delhi under the department of neurology.
• During Admission concerned department cross checked with BHEL Haridwar, at first
they told that ''MAX don’t have any tie up with BHEL' , But when patient approached the
head of admission department he came to know that MAX do has a tie up with BHEL
however ''Neurosurgery'' department is not mentioned or that they don’t have any
information regarding the same hence they can not initiate the process of admission.
• During second visit to the doctor, he claimed that he has operated BHEL employees so
he himself took the charge and asked the concerned department and came to know
• BHEL DELHI has a tie-up with neurosurgery department with MAX SUPER
SPECILITY HOSPITAL, (WEST BLOCK), Saket New Delhi
• BHEL HARIDWAR also has a tie-up with MAX but in socilities Neuro surgery
department is not mentioned or they are not aware of it.

• MAX concerned department stated that if BHEL can refer then only they can initiate
further the process of admission.
• patient requires immediate surgery and delay in process only affects patient health.
Hence I hereby request BHEL DELHI to refer its valuable employee for the treatment of
cervical spine.
