LAND USE PREMIUM
Terms of Payment
Payment of LAND USE PREMIUM shall be with three installments.
1st Payment 10% Upon reservation of the Land and Signing
of Provisional Allotment.
2nd Payment 50% Upon receipt of Investment Permit from MIC
