GENERAL GUIDELINES
1) ATI’s 2019 Fun Run event has two categories: the 3-km run and 6-km run. Male and
female runners may run the distance of their choice.
2) It is open to all PHYSICALLY FIT employees of ATI, its service providers and
employees affiliated with industry stakeholders (PPA, BOC, AISL, CCBI).
3) The Port Community Run aims to promote a healthier port industry while advocating
Women Empowerment.

HOW TO JOIN
1) For ATI EMPLOYEES:
a. Fill-in the registration form. Specify the distance you want to run.
b. Proceed to ATI Clinic to secure medical clearance.
c. Submit the completed form to HSES not later than 15 November 2019 (Fri).

2) For PORT STAKEHOLDERS:

a. Register through your office’s (PPA, BOC, CCBI, AISL) point-person. Limited
slots are allocated per stakeholder office.
b. Fill-in the registration form, specify the distance you want to run, attach a
photocopy of your company ID and return form to your office’s point-person.
c. Submit the registration forms in batch not later than 15 November 2019 (Fri)
through ATI’s Marketing Office c/o:

FUN RUN PROPER
1) Go to the Registration Table. Registration starts at 5:00am, Nov. 23, 2019 (Sat.).
2) Present your Company ID and sign across your name in the masterlist. Upon
verification, you will be issued a SINGLET and BIB which you shall use in the
activity. No Company ID, No Run.
3) Only the participants whose names appear in the masterlist will be considered as
OFFICIAL RUNNERS and are thus eligible to win the prizes and receive finisher
medals upon run completion.
4) Follow the designated fun run route as attached. RUN SAFELY.
5) Get one armband per designated station. Complete armbands will indicate
successful run completion. Water stations and first-aid stations are available
throughout the route.
6) Failure to comply with these guidelines disqualifies the participant.
7) Prior to the official declaration, winners will be revalidated and concurred upon by the
Technical Committee. The decision of the Committee is FINAL.
8) Top three winners per category will receive trophies and cash prizes. Official
Runners who successfully complete the race each receive a finisher medal.
