Carrier Objective
To engage in high-end research activities focused on emerging technology
requirements using the training and knowledge received in science, device
and technical communication. I would like to make best use of my
acquired skills with an opportunity to improve on the same, and contribute
to the growth of the firm in every way I can.

Gas sensor device, Supercapacitor/Batteries, perovskite based solar cell,
Green synthesized reduced graphen oxide, Synthesis and study of rGO
composite with perovskite oxide

Experimental Skills
Synthesis:
Synthesis of graphene oxide reduced graphene oxide using chemical method
and green method. Production of graphene through CVD. Synthesis of
perovskite oxide and rGO-PO composite using hydrothermal method.
Depositions of film using spin coating/drop cast/electrochemical work station.

Software:
Origin, Image J, Digital micrographs, Casa XPS, X’pert High scorer, Nano
Scope Analysis, Chem Draw.
Characterization:
X-ray diffraction, Fourier tranfrom infra red spectroscopt (FT-IR), Raman
spectroscopy, Field emission scanning electron microscope (FESEM),
Thermogravimetric Analysis (TGA), Transmission electron microscope (TEM),
X-ray photo electron spectroscopy (XPS), Uv-Vis, Bru (BET), Atomic force
microscope (AFM), I-V, Hall measurement, gas sensing measurements.
Fabrication:
LaFeO3 based Gas sensing device (CeNSE, IISc Bangalore)
