EXTRAJUDICIAL SETTLEMENT OF ESTATE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

We, MARILOU S. ODANGA, of legal age, married to Reynie L. Odanga and

MARISSA S. TUNGGOLH, of legal age, widower; all residents of Francisco Homes,
Barangay Narra, City of San Jose del Monte, Bulacan.

- WITNESSETH -

1. That MARILOU S. ODANGA and MARISSA S. TUNGGOLH are the children of

EXALTACION M. SAAGON, who died on February 25, 2019 in Francisco Homes,
Barangay Mulawin, City of San Jose del Monte, Bulacan;

2. That EXALTACION M. SAAGON died without leaving any will and without any
debt and obligations;

3. That EXALTACION M. SAAGON, left the following:

a. money at the Land Bank of the Philippines, Novaliches, Quezon City

Branch under Account No. 14911303-14;

4. That pursuant to Section 1, Rule 74, of the Revised Rules of Court, we hereby
adjudicate unto ourselves the entire amount in the said bank account.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto signed this 27 th day of September

2019 hereat Malolos City, Bulacan.
