MUTUAL FUND DISTRIBUTORS

We have contacted two mutual fund advisors which deal with various kinds of mutual funds
for their clients.
1. Advisor: Chiranjeet Mutul; Own company: Shree Sai Ram
2. Advisor: Jaimin Vandra; works for blue chip funds
Both the advisors were first oriented with well known companies and then one of them
established their own firm for assisting the investors while the another one works as an
individual for many of his clients. Their way of working is similar and their strategies is also
mostly same.
Their main way of getting the clients is by existing clients from the firms they have worked
in previously, their friends and relatives and by references of their existing clients. One of the
advisors has tie-ups with different distributors also. They attract their clients by providing
services and maintain customer relations in a more friendly than the company channel. These
advisors suggest different schemes according to the needs of their clients like retirement
schemes, etc. They keep in the mind the client’s goal and purpose and suggest accordingly.
Their commission patterns are different for different customers and schemes. But most of the
commission is trade based and AVM trails.
