Letter of Recommendation From Cassie
Letter of Recommendation From Cassie
I am honored to write this letter of recommendation for Mrs. Tracy Fleck in conjunction with her
teaching application. Mrs. Fleck is worthy of my highest recommendation serving as her supervisor for
her student teaching practicum at Saint Francis University. Mrs. Fleck was responsible for the day to
day operations of her Head Start classroom alongside her cooperating teacher Ms. Saylor. To that end,
she recognizes the importance of working collaboratively to plan for engaging instruction and to meet
the needs of all of her students. I have always been impressed with her enthusiasm during her lessons
as well as her creativity.
In her pre-service teacher role, Mrs. Fleck has shown her incredible ability to plan meaningful learning
opportunities for her students that are engaging and differentiated. Her activities were so captivating,
they made me want to participate while I was observing. Mrs. Fleck has an excellent handle on
classroom management. Her interactions are responsive and kind. She’s always on her toes. She has
the ability to turn the classroom environment into a safe place for the students to learn and grow. Her
passion and enthusiasm for learning shows through her confidence in front of the classroom. She is a
natural and has a great rapport with her students.
Mrs. Fleck is very personable, and polite. She is easily understood by parents, students, and colleagues.
Additionally, she carries out responsibilities in a timely and professional manner. She has effective
communication skills and works well as a member of a team, as evidenced during her time at Saint
Francis University and Salix Head Start.
I truly believe that Mrs. Fleck is an excellent candidate for a teaching position at your school. She goes
the extra mile to make sure her students are actively engaged in meaningful learning. In summary, I
close this letter of recommendation as I began it; please give Mrs. Tracy Fleck every consideration for
the position. If you have additional questions or concerns, or need further information, please feel free
to reach out.
Sincerely,
