SWOT ANALYSIS

SWOT analysis is a basic, straightforward model that provides direction and serves as a basis for the
development of marketing plans. The role of SWOT analysis is to take the information from the
environmental analysis and separate it into internal issues (strengths and weaknesses) and external
issues (opportunities and threats).

The SWOT analysis summarizes the external environmental factors as a list of opportunities and threats.

Strength

• High Quality with Affordable Price: The major strength of our product is it uses high quality
materials and it’s affordable price. Our products differ from other company product because
of high quality and affordable price; we always try to add some value with the product.

• Don’t use unhealthy chemicals.

Weaknesses

 Product Preservation: It is difficult for our company to preserve our lemon products because
lemons are so easy to perish it is difficult to keep them fresh at all times and also we have the
problem of keeping our lemons at the right temperature. By means of keeping them cool and
fresh upon serving.

• We maintain administration cost will increases, In addition, other expenses such as


transport, Packaging, labeling, branding, maintaining and promotional, agent channel-cost
also increases.

• Promotional Activities: Our company plans to do promotional activities such as Advertising


and Sales Promotion to gain brand awareness

• New Market: Being new to the market is a good opportunity for our company since being
new to the customer environment, it will create curiosity to consumers that will lead them
to try out our products.

• New Highly Advanced Equipment: Nowadays, companies has been developing new
equipments that are so advanced it gets the job done much faster and more efficient for
sellers such as ourselves. We had the opportunity to try out their newly developed
equipment that turned out to be pretty handy on making our lemon juice.

• Franchising: Franchising is a huge opportunity for our company, when our brand is already
established we can take a big step further on improving our brand through franchising. Our
food stand will be available at malls, side walks, and food parks.

• Ability to make a more convenient or efficient buying process

• Established Competitors: When we lunch our new product in the market, there’s a whole
lot of popular and established brands in the area that compose a threat to our business . It is
important for us to differentiate our product from theirs and think of a solution on how we
can compete with their products

• Changing Buyers Perception: Consumers perception are on of the most difficult things to
change, especially if they are loyal customers to our competitors.
• Competitors Adaptation to new Competition: Competitors can gain new ideas through new
competitors in the market, so if our company though of a new concept of a product,
competitors can easily pick up a new idea for their own benefit.

• Environmental Effect:

Well-built brand image of the competitions.

Extensive promotion and campaign by the competitions.
