Sub: B.Tech - Urgent issuance of Degree Certificates (Fast Track) - Implementation -

Further instructions issued.
Ref: Notification of even Number dated 25-11-2019.

As per reference cited notification for issuance of B.Tech Degree Certificates by Fast track
method to students who are in urgent need, on payment of fees was published. In
continuation, mode of submission of application for Fast Track B.Tech Degree and payment of
prescribed fee are notified as given hereunder:

Purpose* : Fee for B.Tech Degree Certificate

Mode of Application
Students desirous of availing the Fast Track must have submitted request for Degree
Certificate through their login in the Student Portal of the University (https://ktu.edu.in/). After
submitting request for B.Tech Degree Certificate in portal, the student shall remit the fees
applicable for Fast Track mode (Please refer the table). While performing online transaction,
purpose* of payment should be clearly specified. Report of successful transaction in pdf format is
to be attached to the request.

Requests for B.Tech Degree through Fast Track should be emailed to the dedicated email ids,
after remitting the prescribed fee and furnishing the details as noted below.

 Incomplete/defective requests will be considered for processing only after the defects are rectified and
resubmitted. Requests send to other email IDs will not be considered. Therefore, applicants are advised to
exercise utmost care while submitting request for B.Tech Degree certificate through Fast Track.

Only those students who require Degree Certificates urgently need apply for the Fast Track mode and
students who have successfully completed B.Tech programme will be issued Degree Certificates according
to the seniority of their requests made in the Portal.
