Cecile Raubenheimer is a TV Personality, Travel Host, Hospitality & Travel Consultant

and self professed Jetaholic! She started her career in New York where she attended the
School of Film & Television’s Meisner Acting series and had her first moment in the
spotlight on the acting based reality show “The Starlet”. Cecile then went on to work in
the hospitality field learning the ins and outs of New York’s nightlife & restaurant scene
and then secured a senior executive position working for the well known international
hotel, Atlantis Resort, Bahamas.
She has been on numerous television shows and live red carpet events as a
host, lifestyle & travel insider for several NBC shows including “1st Look NY”, “LX
Originals” “I do!” “On The Rocks”, “Spotlight Tribeca” and is currently the travel
host for Lux Lifestyles on WEALTH TV.
A desire for new and exciting experiences and a passion for the unknown have propelled
Cecile to great success in the media world. Her sincere fascination and appreciation for
different cultures have led her to embark on a journey to experience all the best the world
has to offer.The daughter of a South African Diplomat, Cecile’s first taste of travel came
at a very young age and continued as she went on to live as the locals do on 5
continents by the time she was 15.

Eating scones & clotted cream at Wimbledon at the age of 4, trekking through
Borneo’s rain forest at 9 or drifting down the Nile on a riverboat. Every journey
has start with a reckless enthusiasm for adventure and a thirst to experience
destinations the way the locals do.
A self-proclaimed “foodie”, Cecile’s has spent the past decade further nurturing
her love of new places, peoples, cultures and cuisine. Every step, every bite and
every sight has prepared her for this exact journey.
Extremely lucky to call so many places home, Cecile was born in South Africa
and currently splits her time between the Bahamas and New York. When she’s
not lugging a suitcase off the plane you can most likely find her channeling John
Mellencamp at a karaoke dive, sipping a gin martini in a swanky bar or attempting
to revive the economy through her addiction to shiny things.
