Electric Mobile Goods


(USA, Japan)

In order to sell electric mobile products at Amazon‘s

major sites around the world, applications must be

submitted and relevant information and product

compliance certificates submitted for approval before

they can be sold.

The main standards involved are for electric scooters,

electric auxiliary bicycles and PSE safety standards that

do need to be met in Japan.

Toys
(Global)

The requirements of selling toys on Amazon's each

websites, but they must conform to the laws and

regulations of the country where they are sold. Toy

products (toys for children under 12 years old) are sold in

the United States.

According to U.S. regulations, manufacturers or

importers must issue children's product certificates

(CPC). Products sold on Amazon's European site must

comply with toy safety directives mainly for children

under 14 years old. In Japan, toy products need to be

submitted in line with Japanese safety standard

vouchers to gain sales authority.

Electronic Consumer
Products (Global)

Sales of electronic products in the U.S. must comply

with the relevant regulations including the submission

of standard test reports for mobile power supply; the

submission of UL-compliant mobile/pen batteries and

chargers; and the PSE certification for the same

products in Japan.

In Europe, documentation is required to prove that the

product meets UL or IEC standards. (Search for "Mobile

Energy labeling rules are for household appliances and

light source requirements, such as TV sets, refrigerators,

air conditioners, water heaters, fluorescent lamps and

other products which are required to display energy

efficiency labels on the product details page or product

packaging.

Products

For bathroom products, there are also energy labeling

rules in the United States, including taps, showers,

toilets and urinals.

The amount of water used for products must be

described in gallons and litres per minute (gallons /

minutes and litres / minutes), per cycle (gallons / cycles

and litres / cycles), or per flush (gallons / flushes and litres
