Dear Families,

We are starting our next math unit this upcoming week and we wanted to let you know
about what we will be learning! Our focus is on describing, identifying, comparing, and
constructing shapes. There is a lot of new vocabulary in this unit and we are hoping you all
might get some practice at home. Children learn so much from seeing math in everyday
situations, so if you see a shape, point it out! Below are the shape words we will be using in this
