She has demonstrated the knowledge and competency to successfully meet the educational
needs of her students at Bancroft Elementary.
I have worked with Mrs. Baratta for six years in my capacity as the Assistant Principal at
Bancroft Elementary. Mrs. Baratta has been a 5th grade teacher during this time and through
my observations and experiences in working with her I believe she is an upstanding teacher,
staff member and individual.
Mrs. Baratta has built great relationships with her students allowing her to effectively
provide instruction to her class. She has willingly participated on numerous committees and
volunteers to take part in various school activities.
I recommend Mrs. Baratta for a position in your district as she has been an extremely
positive and effective educator for Bancroft Elementary. I believe she would be an asset to
your district as she has been to Bancroft Elementary.
