Conceptual Framework

The researcher used the Input Process Output Model. In the box allotted for the input the

researcher put the two (2) variables, which is the issues and the client satisfaction. For

the second box, which named as process the researchers put the procedure or the

process how will the researcher collect the data. The researchers also put in the box the

involved group or respondents in order to gather the data and make an appropriate

conclusion. The respondents of this study are the random patient of the Boac Municipal

Health Center. For the third box, the researcher put the unspecific outcome of the

research study and the outcome will serve as the correlation of the two (2) variables – the

issues on the services offered by the Municipality of Boac Health Center and the client

satisfaction on those services.

Scope and Delimitations

The study will explain the issues and client satisfaction in the services offered by

the Municipality of Boac Health Center. The respondents of this study are random patient

who visited the Boac Health Center consisting of 22 patients. Using the Raosoft Calculator

on Google, the researcher able to determine the sample size and the respondents of this
survey is yielding on a statistical confidence level of 95% and 5% marginal error.

Moreover, the researcher will not include the demographic profile, the status and the class
