Example Bio for Officer Highlights

I was asked to create an example of what the officer bios should look like. Along with that, I was
asked to type of ten various fun questions and have each officer choose three to answer. This will
be the template the officers use to write and submit their bio’s for the organization magazine.

Cover Page Modification

As mentioned in my previous report, the first draft of the cover photo did not meet the vision of
the board of directors for OSGA. They requested a live graphic instead of a vector. I modified
the original version and supplemented the vector with a real photo of the state capitol dome. I
also highlighted the background with a skyline instead of a solid blue color. After submission,
the board of directors decided that they want to change the cover photo once more. A revised
edition will be created at a later date.

Example for School Highlight segment

I was asked to create a sample school highlight that a school would send in to our
communications department for presentation in the magazine. This example will be used to
distribute through schools as a sample for when they write in their highlights for our magazine.

Interview Questions for Successful Officer Team

For the article regarding a successful officer team, I was asked to compile a list of questions to
pose to the board of directors and the various presidents of student governments across the state.
These questions will be surveyed to accompany the creation of the article.

Magazine Page by Page Outline

Pertaining to previous reports regarding the magazine outline, I was asked to construct the final
outline layout of the pages of the OSGA magazine. This layout was compiled together through
multiple conversations with the board of directors. I have submitted this layout for final approval
and it has been approved. The next phase is piecing them together and printing them.

Edit Bios, Insert Bios and Insert Bio Pictures for Magazine
I edited the officers bios that were submitted and I inserted the bios within the magazine page. I
also inserted pictures of the officers that were attached to the website. In doing this, I realized
that I'll need to retake their photos due to quality and due to the position of the subject.
