Sometime in 1995, Michael Antonio Luis Andres (“Malan”) Dy’s marriage with Kray Sy got annulled at the

Quezon City RTC Branch 45 under Judge Ger. Malan Dy’s marriage was annulled due to Kray Sy’s
incurable STD. Their properties were separated based on the marriage settlement they signed prior to their
marriage in 1990.

After few years of being single, Malan met Malou Wang. Boy meets girl, fell in love with each other, and
then eventually got married in 2001. They had their share of “kalandian” and after 14 years of tumultuous
marriage, they filed for legal separation and separation of their properties.
