3顆蛋
½ 茶匙 鹽
15 克 蒜頭
100 克 洋蔥 ,切塊(約2公分)
5克油
450 克 蕃茄 ,切塊(約2公分)
2 大匙 蕃茄醬
1 茶匙 糖
10 克 蔥 ,切段
Preparation
1 將蛋和¼茶匙鹽放入碗內,打散後倒入鋪有烘焙紙的蒸鍋備用。
