Ingredients

3顆蛋

½ 茶匙 鹽

15 克 蒜頭

100 克 洋蔥 ,切塊(約2公分)

5克油

450 克 蕃茄 ,切塊(約2公分)

2 大匙 蕃茄醬

1 茶匙 糖

10 克 蔥 ,切段

Preparation

1 將蛋和¼茶匙鹽放入碗內,打散後倒入鋪有烘焙紙的蒸鍋備用。

2 將蒜頭放入主鍋,以5 秒/速度 5切碎,利用刮刀棒將材料刮至主鍋底。


3 加入洋蔥和油,以3 分/120°C/速度 0.5爆香。

4 加入蕃茄、蕃茄醬和糖,架上蒸鍋,以8 分/Varoma/速度 1蒸煮。

5 取下蒸鍋,利用刮刀棒將半熟蛋稍微切碎後加入主鍋,再加入¼茶匙鹽和蔥,以1
分/100°C// 速度
拌炒,即可享用。
