That DENTAL WORKS SPECIALIST is indebted in the sum of EIGHTY

THOUSAND PESOS (P80,000.00), Philippine Currency, to IRENE ABELLANA
also a Filipino, of legal age, single and currently residing at

That DENTAL WORKS SPECIALIST shall pay the sum of EIGHTY

THOUSAND PESOS (P80,000.00) unto the said IRENE ABELLANA within a
period of THREE (3) YEARS from the execution hereof. During this three (3) year
period, the amount of TWO THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED TWENTY THREE
PESOS (P2,223.00) will be paid to the IRENE ABELLANA on or before the 30th day
of the month reckoned from the time of the execution of this instrument.
