10 Rules

1. No loud music after 10:00PM

2. Clean up after yourself to keep house clean and tidy
3. No friends aloud over after everyone’s asleep
4. Shower limit to 10 min per person
5. Dish duties rotate every week
6. Recycling and garbage rotate every week
7. Rent can be extended if your pay period is a few days past your pay day
8. Turn off lights when you leave a room
9. Don’t invade privacy of other roommates
10. No smoking in house

Clause
If rules aren’t followed as written, there will be consequences. Those consequence will be a write up, up
to 3 times and after the third time you get written up, you will be removed from the household. If you’re
to cause payments (hydro, heating, gas, electricity etc.) to go up in price, you will have to cover the cost.
If you dot do your duties, you will have to pay a higher percentage of the rent.
