INTRODUCTION

On 28th December 2019, 16 students of Oil and Gas Engineering accompany by 1 lecture had an
industrial visit to Ps Pipeline Sdn Bhd company. This industrial visit is a compulsory in a Petroleum
Refining Engineering (CGE656) course. The previous purpose for this industrial visit is to learn in
details on how refining of petroleum being done such as catalytic cracking, hydrocracking and
thermal cracking. Unfortunately, since the deal with refinery company find a dead end, Ps
Pipeline Sdn Bhd company had been chosen as a destination for industrial visit. Ps Pipeline Sdn
Bhd is a JV company with a business base of storage and distribute oil. Since the company is not
an oil refinery, the objective had been change to study the production flow of the company in
more technical ways.
